Yadi electrolyte capacitor hai aur veh dono taraf se value nahi dikhata hai matlab charging aur discharging nahi dikata hai toh veh kharab hai aur sada capacitor pf yadi dono taraf se koi value nahi dikhata hai toh veh sahi hai lakin veh open hone per bhi value nahi dikhata hai is case mein capacitor ko replace karke dekna chahiye dhanyawad

1. Sir, i have tested my capacitor but multimeter showing stable reading instead of showing 1 as u explained, why?
2. Reading showing only when tested with multimeter probes in opp i.e black probe in anode point and red probe in cathode point, why?

If a capacitor shows constant reading then also its bad as multimeter gives Dc voltage which charges capacitor for some time then stops so the reading should also stop
