    I am from Southern California. I have always believed in the Menendez Brothers and their testimony. Even body language experts say they told the truth. Blessings 🙏

    There are two gut wrenching injustices in this case. Listening to the trials, we see what an oppressive, abusive world those boys grew up in. The second injustice, was those trials. I am in Australia and find it shocking that a judge was allowed to be so biased- so unjust-in those trials. If America considers itself to have any morality, those brothers need to be released.

      This case reminds me of the Lindy Chamberlain case. She didn't get a fair trial. Trial by media. These boys did not get a fair trial either. The justice system allowed external factors to influence their decisions. Just so unfair

    God please have mercy on them for the murders the committed and please lord let them be free. Me and my sisters were victims of sexual abuse as children I understand how they feel. Have mercy on their souls. They could help so many people with their truth and bravery. Free the Manendez brothers

    Anyone that hasn’t experienced some type of abuse more than likely doesn’t understand why these guy’s did what they did. Everyone is capable of going haywire. After the abuse they claim to have went through they tried covering their tracks because they knew nobody would believe them so that explains the 911 call Lyle made. It wasn’t in an attempt that get away with anyone, it was more or less because he figured out f he told any investigator or official during the 911 the truth nobody would buy it. There was definitely a rational explanation of why Lyle didn’t just tell the police that night about everything. He was scared for himself and for Erik. As far as the spending afterwards. That was nothing out of the ordinary for the entire family to spend the way Erik and Lyle spend d on a regular basis. DA Pamela Bozanbitch used that as ammo for her prosecution. Had it been the same situation but with the Menendez SISTERS nobody would’ve batted an eye.

    Even tho there was corroborating evidence of SA in two cousins being told and throat injuries, it seems no amount of evidence will convince some people to achknowelge male r+p+. They either believe it doesnt happen, cannot happen like prosecutor Pamala, or the victim wanted it, asked for it, enjoyed it, consented to it, or such shameful things should be left behind closed doors. Being bashed and threatened into submission is not consent. If it was the Menendez sisters their SA would by easily believed and they get little or no jail time

    At that time, the general public had never heard of parents SA-ing children. Physical ab*u*se yes but not SA. Sadly, it does indeed happen but most people weren't aware of that and therefore didn't believe them at the time. Also, unless you had Court TV, the coverage of the trial was limited to a 5 or 10 minute synopsis on the news. Watching the old video testimonies now, you can't help but believe them. It's so heartwrenching to watch. I hope they are free by the holidays.

      I heard of sexual abuse of male and female children in the 70s and 80s. Why didn't people understand?

    So proud of the brothers, many children are living like that right now, praying children can reach out to someone for help if that person doesn't help go somewhere else and keep telling until someone help you.😢

    They were abused. In every way. Let’s see everybody. Go through that. And how there mind would be. Don’t judge until. You experienced what they went through. Murder. Is not the answer. No. It never is but there parents were the guilty ones

      Yeah sounds impossible, yet with Christina Ann Tucker, I've come to the conclusion that financially anything is possible. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend and a whooping $320k in savings already, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in debt then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Christina A.
      Tucker is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!

    What hardly gets mentioned is that it wasn't just about "believe or not believing" but that the defence case had lots of cooperating evidence including experts while the prosecution had no proofs whatsoever for their claims. And in doubt it's instructed towards innocence of defendant, no one should have had the right to judge based on ignorance instead of what was cooperated by countless witnesses and experts. It was legally and morally a manslaughter case and the LWOP outcome outrages.

    There are a lot of people who have been sexually violated molested. They don’t go killing their parents or Noor the perpetrator.

    just curious - way before the murder - why did they Burglarize homes? they were rich. so what was their motive? and why did Lyle did so poorly in Princeton College? and did Erik ever get to attend college? or was too late by then and was in jail? or couldnt he graduate from prison, just like Lyle did?

    • @BeverlyTevault
      @BeverlyTevault 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      I believe the burglaries were a way of acting out. The parents were hurting them and that was their way of striking back. It’s not unusual for victims of SA to act out in destructive behavior.

      @@BeverlyTevault Hey I am still confused on the time-line of events. Maybe from watching the Netflix "monsters" as opposed to the real events, but:...I know there a scene where Erik confesses everything to Dr Oziel, and then Lyle barges in and gets mad at both Erik and Dr Oziel - and the mistress overhears everything and runs away reports to the police. BUT - then there is Erik away in like Israel in a tennis tournament, while Lyle is in prison on mike March/or May of 1990 - and then Erik flies back to LA and is booked in same jail - 3 days later - so which event came first? Dr Oziel casee, or the one when Erik was in Israel/tennis game? and also...I suspect the both in same jail - LA county jail from 1990-1995, if I am correct - BUT when they got to Trial - I see BOTH of them wearing suits and preppy sweaters on. and then I see them both in BLUE - "Jail clothes". so I am confused - if they both in jail in 1990 - and Trial was 1993-1995, how are they wearing good suits? shouldn't they be in BLUE jail clothes? cause I guess after 2nd trial in 1995 - is when they went to separate prisons, right? so again confused as the true timeline of events. it doesn't make sense to me if booked in Jail in 1990- that they be wearing NICE suits in Trial of 1993/1995 - wouldnt they be in BLUE jail clothes? even the 1st Trial they were still in prison right? 1990 was prison date.

      @@KonKan25 The way I understand it is that Erik started seeing Dr. Oziel after the burglaries per Jose’s instructions. Jose also asked that Dr. Oziel report back to him about what was discussed in their sessions which was unethical without Erik’s permission. I don’t believe Eric ever started college because he decided after the murders to focus on tennis to help him cope with what had happened. He confessed to Dr. Oziel before he went to Israel. That is when Oziel called Lyle to come in and started taping their conversations. Sometime after that Erik went to Israel and while he was gone Judalon Smith and Dr. Oziel split up, she went to the cops and Lyle was arrested. Erik found out about it while he was gone and turned himself in and was arrested when he got back from his trip. As far as their attire, I think they changed from jail clothes to suits at the beginning of the trial but made them appear as spoiled and arrogant so their attorneys had them switched to sweaters. I’m not sure when they just started wearing the jail clothes. It might have been towards the end of the trial when they were done testifying. I have to admit that I get confused with the timeline also.
