Totally forgot to include the details on how you can use some of your resources:
FOOD: spend to temporarily increase the action die by one for more stars, each time costing one food (or health). Die returns to original value after.
WOOD: spend to move the meeple to an adjacent box, each time costing one wood (or health)
LEATHER: spend to advance the friend disc by one space, each time costing one leather.
STONE: after morning dice roll, spend stone to reroll up to 3 dice, each time costing one stone.
Also, please note that the setup for this game was set up as recommended for a first play. After knowing how to play the game, you can build any tool card, so the entire tool deck should be available to you throughout your games.
