Exxon Mobil owns the country drilling rights, the politicians, the sports, the law they changed and lawyers changing environment laws, the free press they gave gov't jobs a big raise and cars so they can control critisism. This was a takeover for peanuts compared to the oil there and some documentaries describe it as: you can't tell where exxon ends over there. I miss some mega modern projects as a train infrastructure North to south in Guyana for fast train for passenger and goods from Brazil to Georgetown and the sea port or Georgetown to Brazil, a mega project for ITC, Sportstadion, professional soccer/footbal., Mega project for tourist. What has Guyana to offer tourists? How safety Guyana?
