Step 1 do the job. I just received this kind of errror since yesterday, I thought i just need to wait for about 30mins since most of the time this kind of error needs time to cooldown so you can try logging in again but it's not. this vid helps me. Thank you man.

if you want to clear the temporary files instead, open notepad and type
@echo off
del /s /f /q c:\windows\temp\*.*
rd /s /q c:\windows\temp
md c:\windows\temp
del /s /f /q C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
del /s /f /q %temp%\*.*
rd /s /q %temp%
md %temp%
cls
and then, click save as and click all files and then end the name of the file with .bat
