Buy PET sheet panels aka plexiglass/clear acrylic (I believe in the vid she’s using Simbalux but Calpalmy has good ones and literally shows this technique). Also clear/transparent vinyl the same size as your frame is an option (you can look into clear tablecloths for really large sizes and to save some $$). 3. Use double sided tape, glue, or alien tape to adhere the PET sheet/plexiglass/vinyl to the frame. 4. Add your picture to the wall (doesn’t have to be the frame, that’s optional.
