G’day mate from Australia, thanks for a very helpful guide to replacing the parts and plastic panels. I’ve learned to be very observant and careful not to drop any screws as they become lodged in the bike and never seem to fall to the floor. The job is much easier on the bike lifter.
Looking forward to more of your channel and again thanks for your time and effort.Enjoy the coming summer in beautiful Finland.

Thanks mate. Yes full fairing bikes likes to eat screws and other stuff. I dropped screw 3 times and needed to take some fairings away to find them. I really wait better weather. Hopefully you won’t have too extreme weather down there. Safe rides.

This video is going to be very helpful to me. Taking things apart is much easier than putting them together. I was searching for the source of a rattling fairing. I thought I'd find loose mounting fasteners, but instead found broken upper fairing mounts from an accident and botched repair that the previous owner neglected to tell me about. I can't emphasize strongly enough photographing, laying out, labeling, bagging and organizing your parts as they come off the bike. Taping fasteners or placing them back in their original holes is a good idea too because there's a ton of fasteners. I've never worked on a bike fairing that had this many components so take my advice and thank guys like this fellow for posting helpful videos like this one.

Thanks a lot Ralph. There’s so many parts and different fasteners and screw lenght that only way to keep it in order is to make some notes or otherwise mark things. Have a safe rides👍

Thank you for showing all that needed to be done for these many screws and covers.
A suggestion for another video: lubricating the forward drive shaft splines. I hvve never seen a video of anyone lubricationg the forward splines on this model bike. All the very best and if you are ever in Southern California near San Bernardino and Redlands - let's go riding. I have two bikes and you can use one.

There is, but it's stubby...does not go to front of bike for ram air like the left.
