I bought this in January 2020. I can't access to the R modes (TF-R, HF-R, LK-R) I press the on/off button once, but nothing happens, what am I doing wrong?

Hf-r and TF-r mode not showing
I confirm firmware is up to date. And I followed the instructions by single click on power button when in HF mode, still not showing

@ tech supports says this version (with the latest firmware upgrade) ONLY offers 4 modes
