ang bait ng examiners last year, 71% passing rate, daming pumasa, even this year 43.4%...still remarkable and considerate...I know some people who graduated law school, of 10 years beyond who passed this year and last year...

UP Law naman talaga ang the best law school sa Philippines. It's also the toughest law schools to get into.

Karamihan ng opisyales sa gobyerno ay galing UP. Senador, congressman, cabinet members, supreme court justices
Di hamak din na mas maraming propeayonal, negosyante etc na galing UP kumpara sa mga katiting na nakikita nyo sa rally. Baka nga di taga-UP mga iba jan ('hugot' lang), o kickout na kase di pumapasok sa klase

Napipilitan lang ba mag-interview ang reporter? Grabe ang enthusiasm ng ating mga new remarkable lawyers na magkwento pero ito namang reporter parang compliance lang na ma-interview sila.

Lawyers don't contribute in nation building. They didn't even mention public service. All self centered, not a surprise because they came from UP. Where Kadres are bred.
At the end of the day, it doesnt really matter whether one bar passer is from UP or not. Lets veer away from "branding", law is not or unlike just any other commodity out there in the market.

I wonder why bar passers are being glorified but the engineering board passers are not even given a glance by the media. Engineers are more productive than the lawyers. If we want the country to develop more, we need more engineers and not more lawyers.
Engineers are given work even if you don't have licenses. Doctors and lawyers can't work without passing exams. Also, it's easy to get into engineering. It's tougher to get to med school or law school. We need more adept and intelligent engineers could make a difference. Engineers are known to be horrible contractors and manloloko in general during bidding that's why I think engineers are lower professional working class.

CPAs should be Lauded More i should say, although I'm not an Accountant, my sister passed the CPA Licensure Exams of one of the lowest and painful percentage of passers in the history of its organization, a dismal 8% as compared to the Bar of todays at 45% even PT Licensure has even had a much lower passing rate of only 21%
