Can't understand role of beta blockers in CHF,
one side they depress symphathetic flow but other side in CHF we give symphathetic like dopamine,dobutamine as ionotropic ?

Beta blocker are given in compensated heart failure to prevent cardiac remodeling not in acute CHF

Main ionotropic is digoxin which does not rely on beta receptors
