HAPPENING NOW: Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo is expected to return to attend the Senate committee hearing regarding her controversies, escape, and alleged involvement in Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs).
Alice is set to join her sister, Shiela Guo, who is detained in the Senate. Shiela, along with Alice’s business associate, Cassandra Li Ong, was arrested by Indonesian authorities and later repatriated to the country.
