Always look in Bibles and books. My grandmother hidden money in Books and when she passed away, they found so much money in her books.
My grandmother had a bookshelf full of books and we all knew she hid money in those books. It was a generational thing. She also hoarded canned and frozen foods because after living through the depression there was no way she was ever going hungry again.
I LOVED when she opened the bag of doll eyes. AHHHH these are eyes, very funny.

I makes me wonder what happened to the previous owner of this unit, they obviously treated their items with care upon packing. Sad on one hand but glad your church will benefit from some of the spoils. Good 2 part video.
I was wondering the same thing. Did they pass away, or unavailable to afford their storage bill, etc., That's someone's entire life, it's fascinating yet sad to me at the same time. I'm not sure I could go through someone's life like that, but glad for those that can.

My friend was a welthy realtor. After her divorce she went to Hawaii for a year +, putting her designer clothing in the storage. She came back, the bank took her Porsche, she didn't wanted to work at the regular jobs. She was staying at my place for a little and she took off to Arizona this time. 2 weeks later, she called me and ask me to pay for 3 months for her storage. I was trying to help her to find a job, but nothing was good enough. She didn't want to sell one purse to pay for the storage....so, someone like you guys got a great deal! Sorry, English isn't my first language , but it's a sad true story.
Your English is perfect! I think a lot of storage units tell a story. I was actually thinking sad about this one, but for no apparent reason unless the prosthetic eyes. Unfortunately, it sounds like your friend was spoiled, but I'd wish a divorce on no one.
1943:steel pennies. Pennies the rarer ones usually mint mark low quantities. Possible misprint.also, no edge,, off center and one side maybe upside down. Paper money and coins. Good luck

Fun video, some folks go a bit overboard on buying shoes! At least you are finding some nice stuff to sell. The "silver" colored pennies are actually steel pennies made during the war years, I do believe there was an error where some pennies were stamped in copper/steel when they weren't supposed to be. Be good, have fun!
I was told the penny was made of steel due to the war effort, the cooper was needed for more important things

Here’s a sad story. We had some boxes stored at a friends apartment building in a garage that nobody was using. The people above got in there and took boxes of baseball cards. My husband had purchased online. We didn’t even have a chance to go through them. This was years ago. I also still dark JetSki L O L. We got it back many years later tore apart to shreds no good but here it sits in our backyard still. But yeah, those baseball cards that My Husband got, gone

I got super excited when I saw the "Tiffany blue" colored...... post it notes. It was right before you started to go through the jewelry and I was literally jumping up and down in my seat thinking it was a little Tiffany bag that goes over your jewelry and can also be used to clean it, even though it isn't shaped like a cloth. People sell the Tiffany boxes and cloth bags on ebay for a bit of change. I have done so - "when in doubt, part it out!" This was a fun video - all your videos are fun~
People keep broken jewelry with all kinds. Trust me. My sister-in-law left my brother and what she left in the house was a huge jewelry armoire full of jewelry some of it broken. Some of it is good stuff and some of it is not but most of it is because that’s how she was she would buy the good stuff.

Apt 9 (apartment 9) is a Kohl's house brand. The 1943 penny that is worth lots is the copper one. Most 1943s were made from steel because the copper went to the war effort. Nice unit!! Pretty much all usable.

Phones are a tough one because they are almost always locked to the company hence. Some may even be reported stolen or they defaulted on the account so completely unusable. What you can do is call the provider (T-Mobile) provide them the IMEI and ask if it can be unlocked. Once unlocked it can be used on some other carriers, kinda depends on if it’s CDMA or GSM. T-Mobile is usually GSM (uses SIM cards).
