@@heidigi836 You can infact re steam it for in himachal we make it in bulk and steam it for a minute or two whenever we want to eat it in that case apply ghee only when you want to eat it. I want to tell you a fact that its actually made up of maida and hence it resembles a lot like momoms.

There is so much vegetarian food unexplored and not televised specially from north east India, Himachal, Jammu and South Indian food (not just limited to dosa and idli) All vegetarian
