Love the background for the boss fight
I love it too, it´s really nice to have a glimpse of how was the City of Tears prior the infection. For me it really conveys of what Hegemol is fighting for, it hypes me seeing this mighty knight defending his city.

I like that mace is different cuz its actualy a weapon not a macebug attached to an end of the stick
This gives more personality to Hegemol's character, he is an honorable warrior who really knows how to fight, a true Knight. Unlike the False Knight who is just a larva in someone's armor.

the lively background is a lovely touch, the only thing missing is the rain it´self
Well assuming this is the past we're fighting in (not real past but like a memory of what it once was) i assume the rain isnt there since the lake above havent cracked into the city. The bugs probibly had some sort of structure keeping it but due to them dying off and loosing their minds nobody checks up on it and it broke down from rust or something. If not then the designer of the city was a moron and it would have fallen anyway and lead to catastrophe.
I heard mossbag is the voice actor for hegemol
This is awesome! :D It really feels like something that could have been part of the original game. :) I can see a lot of work and creativity went into making this. I think my favourite part is all the little bugs running around in the background. It really gives a sense of what Hallownest must have looked like before everything went wrong. :)

This boss fight looks sick, the only thing that bugs me is that the stone projectiles he throws blend into the background, but other than that it looks like a boss fight from the real game.

I wonder if there’s some criteria before you can fight the Knights. I read somewhere you need to beat White Defender, but what I’m really wondering is if certain events need to happen like collecting the City Crest before challenging Hegemol or finishing Ze’Mer’s Delicate Flower sub quest.
I want to know if there is an interaction between boon of hallownest and flukenest
Boon of Flukenest: Transforms all spells into fluke mucus. (Caution: plays multiple Flukemarm noises upon cast.)
How to Trigger this Pale Court dlc? I have installed the mod. But when I'm running into isma and Hegemol statue, I couldn't dream nail them.
I have heard you need to beat White Defender first.

Question, do the knights know that you are another vessel or do they think you are the hollow knight? Since they seem pretty conscious and aware that they are dead and that they are in the dream realm fighting you.

The devs kinda did him dirty not giving him any options for vertical combat (idk atleast make him hit the mace upwards before flailing it sideways

I absolutely love these bosses. It's not difficult in the way I see a lot of mods where it's hard because attacks are unavoidable. No you can take no damage here and get your shit rocked for mistakes. It's perfect. The boss, the background the music. 🤌. PERFECT!
Not in a rush for silksong as long as the community is creating masterpieces that feel like they should have already been in the game.
