The only way your move to Jamaica can be easy is if you have your own house and vehicle. I did it with my daughter too back in 2007 and it was easy because we had our house and property already there and brought home a SUV and all our household furniture and we made sure she had almost everything including unlimited internet so she wouldn’t miss much back in Canada. When we couldn’t take her to school we hired a private vehicle to take her so she wouldn’t be terrified riding in a robot taxi or packed bus. She enjoyed primary school and did 3 years of high school before going back to Canada where she aced university graduated summa cum laude June 2019. Hope all works out well for you and she will enjoy school there for sure and learn patois real fast too 😀

Thank you. She liked it in the beginning because it was new and the kids gravitated to her, but as the new kid in school wore off she didn’t like it too much. Kids started to bully her. That was her experience but doesn’t necessarily mean that would happen to someone else.
