Lemon Blueberry Cake | How to make | Recipe | CAKELEGIT

Hi, y'all. NEW Cake recipe! This is a lemon blueberry cake with lemon cream cheese buttercream. This cake is packed with LOT'S of flavor. I made this cake for a sweet friend of mine (it was her birthday a few days ago and her favorite flavors are lemon/blueberry). Lemon blueberry cake recipe:
3 cups of AP flour (345 grams)
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (250 grams)
1/2 cup of light brown sugar (100 grams)
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of lemon juice (125 ml)
1 cup of milk (250 ml)
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of blueberries (total)
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
