- On the Season 2 premiere of "How Hungry are you?", I invited my new teammate on the Toronto Raptors, Marc Gasol. We go way back, so Marc felt comfortable bringing his big brother: Pau Gasol.

Pau was one of few teammates that Kobe really like and genuinely enjoyed playing with. Doubt he will stay if Pau isn't there. Also Kwame Brown will still in the Lakers if that didn't happen. English is Serge's fourth (!) language (At least one Congolese language, French, Spanish and English).. It could even be more - I don't know how many Congolese or other languages he speaks.

Marc and Pau have some of the cleanest english i've heard from two spaniards. They are also both class acts and total legends.

Because they don't have Spanish accent, they have Catalan accent. They speak Catalan with their parents and between themselves. When they arrive to the premises they are talking in Catalan. You can tell Marc has got a stronger Catalan accent than Pau.

Indeed, and truly awesome for Marc to get one. He's been such a great player for Memphis, and to get traded to the Raptors was a blessing. While his statistical numbers from night to night may have not been huge, he's been instrumental in being effective against the opposing centers and he's a great playmaker and passer too. If the Raptors win it all, this might also be the first time in NBA history that brothers won a championship ring.

I would also say that we Europeans have a traditional form of respect ( for the work that someone put in to cook you a meal) , so we try to approach the meal with as much respect as possible.

@@P-DAPS basketball is about a lot more than ppg. gasol's incredible passing and the floor spacing he brings from being a 3 point threat is insane. the starters literally play a different brand of basketball with him on the floor, and all the advanced stats back up that it's a HUGE boost in offense. also jv got cooked on defense all the time

I wasn't sure about Marc during his first few weeks / months with Toronto, but he's become such an integral part of the team and seems like a genuinely nice, humble guy to boot.

The beautiful thing about Pau’s championship advice is that mentality was the one step he had to take for those Lakers to become champs. After the 08 finals, everyone was calling Pau soft because he got dominated, both mentally and physically by Kevin Garnett. KG is obviously one of the toughest players of all time, and probably the best at getting in other players heads. So Pau realized that he needed to change his mentality, not be scared by the moment, and gaining that mentality from Kobe along with his natural humbleness granted the Lakers back to back chips, including a rematch of Kevin and the Celtics.

Te llevas a Jaime Fernandez o a Darío Brizuela y ya tienes el tiro exterior que buscas en lugar de llevarte exteriores todos del mismo corte.
Ibaka aporta algo que ninguno de los demás puede y es versatilidad defensiva. Intimidación y agilidad a partes iguales.

Beef heart is easy to eat in a variety of ways. Pretty tasty. Beef kidney is the real disgusting challenge. If someone can make that taste good I salute them. I kind of taste like pee smells. Cats go crazy for it though.
