    Thank you. Great idea using spray bottle and partially dry the sail. This give better control on shaping the sail. Plus this dries much quicker.

    also..can i chill the cake if rice sail is already place in the cake? will the rice sail gets soggy?

      Rice paper should be fine in the fridge. It takes a lot of moisture to soften that. Check out other rice paper tutorials on my channel (Galaxy Cake) to find out other ways to attach rice paper

      But would you need that? Rice paper will stick to a lollypop stick without any glue.

      You can add white powder color to your mixture, it will dull it down

      Yes you can. Rice paper is very dry and stable even when stored in the fridge. If your fridge is too humid or you have fresh produce, just put a piece of dry rice paper in the fridge overnight to test.

      It stores very well. Up to 6 months, just make sure to keep it in a food safe environment away from direct sunlight

      Yes! Should be no problem! Rice paper when dry - stays dry until you add more water.

      You are so welcome! They are made out edible materials but sails are hard and sharp, so I would suggest removing them before serving a cake

    After making one rice paper. I decorated my cake and put it on the fridge and it shrinked. Can it be put on the fridge after decorating it on the cake? How long does it last

      You will need to check your humidity. If it is below 30% - you can safely put rise paper decorations in the fridge.

      I would recommend you testing in your conditions (humidity, buttercream/fondant etc.) I've neve had any issues placing rice sails in the fridge.

      I'm not sure what exactly you referring too, but this is a spring roll wrapper paper, nit the one you would use to print images.

      Yes, because they are just rice paper. I personally won't eat any decorations (sugar flowers, wafer paper, rice paper). If you are placing your cake on display for several hours, I don't think it is hygienic to eat, especially at large event.

      Rice paper (spring roll wrapper) is brittle and translucent. Wafer paper is more like edible regular paper - flexible and white. Hope this helps
