I understand the builders want to maximize their lot and build one house after the other but I think it would more value to the homes if they spaced them out where two homes fit in the lots of three homes. With a nice buffer like that, I'm sure they could charge more and they would be more attractive. But hey I like soggy cereal so what do I know.

This house was fabulous for it's price. Range. Although I was a little dissatisfied with the master shower. No overhead rain head or goose nozzle. Other than that it was supreme for that price

With a view, yes but a similar home can be had in West LA with no view for 2.5 million max. which what this one sells for. The title is misleading. Las Vegas has become expensive. Not LA expensive but 10 million dollar homes are not uncommon anymore in Summerlin or in some parts of Henderson.
Honestly this is the best priced house I have seen in the United States. My only question is how far is it from the Las Vegas Strip because I assume if you live in Vegas that's where you will be a lot of the time
