    9 x 7 inch dish
    INGREDIENTS
    Coffee Mixture
    2 teaspoon Espresso Powder (can use also espresso or strong brewed coffee)
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    3/4 cup Water
    1/2 tablespoon Coffee Liqueur (can also use dark rum, brandy, marsala wine)
    Filling
    4 Egg Yolks
    1/2 cup Sugar
    227g (8 oz) Mascarpone
    1 cup (240g) Heavy Whipping Cream
    Assembly
    18 lady fingers
    Cocoa Powder
