Very good information. Maine mera meter repair kiya magar ampere 4.5 ke bajay 2.8 amp. dikhata hai to ise kaise adjust kare. 12v 50w ka bulb test kiya tha

Sensing resistance (sunt resistance) ko change karke dekho nahin to potential metre ko thoda sa ghuma ke calibrate karo nahin hoga to IC change kar dena lm358 lagta hai

Dude you just bought the wrong volt/amp meter. The one you bought can only measure upto milli amp range.
That's why there was a small shunt resistance. The other meters consist of a thick copper shunt which can measure upto 10amps.
