Loved this Ben thanks for sharing! Will... as a parent of a child ( our Zac) who has type 1 diabetes. I totally get where your coming from. We have to micro manage his full day. He's only 7. But he's hugely Inspired by sport and watching my running journey on TH-cam. I'm going to show him this vlog tomorrow as I think he'll be hugely inspired by you and it will be massive for him to see he's not restricted what so ever. I've dropped you a subscription also. Thank you both for sharing.... this one really hit home for me 💙
Thanks Stephen, really appreciate your words here. As a child it was hard to find inspiration of anyone with diabetes that exercised. I hope I can help Zac to believe that there are no limits to what a Diabetic can achieve... it just makes things a little bit more interesting :)
Thanks Stephen, great to hear you've connected with Will's channel and I hope Zac can get push on with his with inspiration from others like Will who are diabetic too 👍
Another inspiring story Ben! Thank you for sharing this one.... The series is awesome! I can't wait to check out Will's channel! Keep pushing my friend!
Another amazing story Ben! Huge shout out to Will for sharing his running journey whilst dealing with diabetes. Great to hear about the risks and dangers and how people overcome them. Thanks for sharing these with us Ben! 😎🤘
Thanks for watching Ben! Was great to work with Will on this and hear more about his experiences. Looking forward to seeing Will do the Brighton Marathon this weekend, going to head down to support 🎉
Hi Ben, thank you for sharing Will's inspiring story through this video. It's amazing to see how he uses running as a way to manage his diabetes and inspire others through his TH-cam channel. The way he completed the New York Marathon with hypoglycemia and carrying a bottle of honey to keep his blood sugar levels up was truly incredible. I appreciate the way you captured his journey and shared it with the world. Looking forward to more of your inspiring videos! PS: will get now to his channel.
Thanks for watching Mihai. It's pretty inspiring how Will can manage his diabetes and also get such amazing results as well with his running. A lot of meticulous preparation and management 👌looking forward to see what he takes on next!
What an inspiring story. We struggle enough with nutrition and hydration with typically-performing bodies. It must be a strain knowing that one minor error can be potentially catastrophic. Well done Will.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us Will... truly inspiring stuff. Good luck getting those other marathons under your belt. Beautifully produced Ben!
Brilliant video keep up the great work and will congratulations on the brighton marathon and giving us a great insight into running with diabetes and managing the diabetes and showing awareness
Great interview Ben. A real insight into what Will has to consider other than training. I have a friend who is type 1 and seen the effects of not managing it correctly. It seems tho Will has it well under control and striding towards his goals. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Thanks Francois 👍 Definitely, that was one of the things I got from Will that it does take pretty meticulous management, that you have to be really on it, otherwise it can be dangerous. Thanks for watching, hope all's good with you 👍
Hello Ben, nice to watch your story about running with diabetes😊 My experience is also that it is quite a chalenge to keep as stable as possible while running. I also have type 1 diabetes. I allways turn off my insulinepump half a hour before exercize. I only use app. 23 units insuline each day in total. I also posted some video's about exercize and diabetes at my channel. And also fundraising for diabetic fund. Keep on going! I will watch some more video's of you!🙋♀️
Thanks for watching the video and for sharing your experience. It was great to hear from Will and know what his experience of running as a diabetic is like. Will have a look at your videos, thanks 😃
Thank you for your replay. I subscribed to your interesting youtube channel. My videos are with English subtitle or spoken in English. Have fun watching 😊
Interesting talking guests, Ben. In our running club there's guy who, in his 20s, discovered that he was diabolic. I didn't realise that fit people in their 20s could develop it. I think he's adjusted to this idea but at first he found it tlso tough. This runner is inspirational and explained his life story so eloquently.
Thanks Olga. Yes people can have diabetes from an early age, I know several people in their teens who have it too. Pretty amazing how Will manages it and is a solid and consistent runner too. Thanks for checking out the video
Thanks for covering my Story Ben, It was great to work together! See you out on the trails soon.
No worries at all, thanks for sharing it 👍 Will be heading down to Brighton Marathon this weekend so see you there if not before 😎

Also I finally learnt what the patches are for perfect.
Loving these story’s, some great content. Out of interest, what camera do you use to film on when you’re out running? Thanks
Thanks Richard, glad you're enjoying these. I use a gopro hero 10
