Hey Caleb, some advice from a 26 year old. Don’t beat yourself up so much, you’re only 19, and it seems old at the time, but I realized later that I was still really a kid basically at that age. Try to have clear intentions as to who you want to become as a person and what kind of work you actually want to do, then once you’ve figured that out just do the work, invest the time into learning the skills you want to acquire, soft skills as well as hard skills, and fail quickly. Fail as much as you can because all failure really is, is learning one more way that doesn’t work and it will advance you toward what actually does work. But honestly above all that, ask yourself why you actually want these things.. why do you want to be called weird? And are you prepared to be called weird for all of your life? To be misunderstood for all of your life? Why do you want to achieve such greatness? Answer yourself these questions and those answers will be your motivation for continuing on your journey.
Hey man, you're right it's time to stop fucking around you're only around 20 you should not waste you're 20s no, it's time to pick a business model and work as hard as possible it's time to burnout to make up for the time you wasted, oh and just wanted to say this will not be an easy journey just continue working no matter how hard it gets -this has been done before
ive dealt with this before, interests change over time. you don't just lose your natural drive or hunger or obsession, maybe you just want something different than what you did or what you think you want now because its what you either only know or know the most of. maybe im completely missing the ballpark here but what helped me get out of my phase like this is trying new things/picking up new interests and letting things happen naturally.
And while in flow, balance is not an intellectual exercise, flow is experienced when the body, mind and spirit all align. The more flow I live in, the more balance I experience. You’ve got a knack for creating content and your production is very nice! Way to Grow!!
We are one in the same. I swear my dopamine receptors have become fried do to technology. I think ima join the navy because the i think it can give me back my focus and discipline and it will hold me acountable. Let me know what you think.
Yeah Brother, that sounds like a great idea. Brotherhood is so vital for men because it keeps us accountable. I want to build a group of men who push each other like the military. Basically, a brotherhood of absolute warriors.
