Yes you can, but you have to climb the rock face. You will have to be a rock climber to do get to the top from Guyana side. Search on TH-cam for a documentary call: The Last Tepui, watch the trailer and also watch the 10 minutes video where they were talking about the equipment they use etc. in those videos you will see some of the terrain
