Am I the only one who doesn't like when the audience starts cheering and clapping at the climax part? We just can't listen to the singing with all the sounds, we can't hear anything with all the acclamations...

No, you're not the only one who doesn't like the audience hooting and hollering during the climax... I seriously wish they would respect the singer enough to hold back their applause until the song is done. I don't want to hear them but the singer to who I came here to watch and listen to. So take comfort, you're not the only one, sign me "für Elise", I love to listen to good opera without the applause!

The third singer has a magnificent voice; he was deservedly rewarded with a golden buzzer. Laura Bretan also has a remarkable voice; she will have a very bright future.
Laura also got a golden buzzer from Mel for that audition! Wish they hadn't cut it off. That video makes me cry like a baby every time I watch it. I just love her.

I CAN,T stop listening to Paul sing. When Paul sang he sound a little bit like Pavarotti.the lady judge and all the judges couldn't hold their emotions the way Paul sang. They all almost crid .Im not ashamed to say that i had tears in my eyes. EVEN SIMON got emotional. and you better believe she had goosebumps.Paul voice was incredible good, it's not that much how loud you sing, but it's the tone the heart and the love you put in and Paul had it .Pavarotti would have been proud of him. Go Paul Go.
To us Italian that’s the worse, he’s just shouting mumbo jumbo he’s not pronouncing the words just trying to hit the right notes. The powerful text of the song it’s what makes it amazing, if you can’t understand what he says it loses its magic.

So war. Es ist das Gefühl hinter der Stimme. Es wirkt nur wenn du das was du Singstar auch wirklich von innen nach außen bringst. Die Laura ist noch jung, die hat’s verstanden. Und der paul … du fühlst es.

I'm impressed by #3 contestant he is the only one of the five that if taking proper lessons have a chance to turn professional, all others are good but the natural sound of their voices who unfortunately cannot be change is not compatible with opera.
And yet ever since that audition Paul Potts has been making £ millions singing opera all over the world,thank goodness you're not a judge
@@barbaraaldam204 Sing Opera where? Not at "La Scala" not at the "Lincoln Center" not in any production featuring the entire Opera start to finish. She's good for high quality Karaoke and I'm glad she's making deserved millions but it is still Karaoke that's all.

I hope Laura Bretan sticks with opera. She has an incredible sound. Kakhaber Chumburidze made me cry. He is the kind of talent that comes once in a blue moon while I'd love to hear Martin Hurkens as a baritone
She sounds nothing like an opera singer and will end up destroying her voice if she continues to sing like that.

That aria is so beautiful and I believe these artists did it justice. I was made aware of this piece by a ventriloquist's monkey (Nina Conti) who sang the last verse and it was glorious! I had to find it. I found it, and now I'm listening to as many versions as I can. Thank you.

And Jackie did sing Nessun Dorma as a performing guest on Britain's Got Talent. She did it when she was younger than Laura Bretan on this collection, and she definitely did it better. She's should have been included even if it had to be the 7 best (to get Amira into the act, as well).
