Well spotted, I didn’t know Black Rune delt damage, I thought it was just ‘Void’ an item. So Blank Rune can active Black Rune, very useful to know for future runs.
Challenge idea: Clear the chest (minus mega satan)as any character, but you can only take items you find on the chest floor(Basically an itemless run to isaac, but longer)
@@thelegendaryrat i will allow him to have keys when he gets to the chest because of the insane difficulty curve there and you might not get more than like 12 or 13 items with low luck here anyways
and also, how many of those chests are likely to be golden anyways. In total 4 minimum in the first room, then it’s drops from room clear. Plus, you’d be unlikely to full clear, unless forced to by bad mapping.

Can you beat Mega Satan with only tier 0 items (excluding story and missing no.)

Only if he isn't able to start with keys since starting with keys would just make it easy
