How to make QUICK and EASY orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe or rapini! This delicious pasta dish comes together in 30 mins or less! The simple ingredients come together to make a mouthwatering pasta that feeds a crowd!
Feel free to use mild or spicy Italian sausage or even leek sausages! If you do not have penne, don't worry you can use another short pasta shape such as a penne or rotini.
