About the coin collection myth, I can see the coin counter not increasing. The question is, if you "collect" coins behind the scenes (just the numbers not updating) or if the coins just disappear with no collection. One way to check this would be to collect 99 coins prior to exiting the stage, and now see if the coins "collected" actually make a extra life.

for the magikoopa test you should have also shown spin jumping on Magikoopa, since he’d be “offscreen” immediately

Also note that in every game style, when Mario collects coins after hitting the goal, they won't add to your coin counter, and 1UPs won't 1UP you either.

It's not Plausible, it's Busted. Mario collects coins, but coins'counter in the upper left corner not counting them. Staying at "00" even if Mario collects coins during his animation
That's literally why it isn't "confirmed" dude, watch that section again
@@juicebox6124 no the reason it's not confirmed is because he doesn't collect coins during the second spinny part of the animation. the coin counter is not mentioned.
I'd call it Busted(sort of) since the coins act as if they have been collected despite the fact that the coin counter does not.

Another myth: what would happen if a magikoopa magic beam touched the flagpole after Mario killed the magikoopa?
Unfortunately magic dissappears immediately after the magikoopa is killed
@@macnzee7572 That is only true for the Koopalings. If the magic of a Kamek hits a flagpole after it has already been defeated then the flag is destroyed but immediately returns probably killing whatever enemy it was converted into.

It could seem strange that the moon can defeat the sun despite them not being placeable together with normal means, but I bet they just used one single class of objects for enemies, which all share the properties of damaging the player and getting killed by the moon. After all, it saves time to just inherit from a base and just add extra functionality for unique objects.

The coin one is actually BUSTED, not PLAUSIBLE. Mario "grabs" the coins and they disappear, but they are not counted as grabbed in coin count.
But he still grabs the coins because they disappear so it's still plausible

I don't think "busted" is the correct word since the coins do disappear as if they were picked up, but "plausible" definitely isn't the correct word either. There needs to be a term for when something is unclear due to a technicality of definition.

The coins are not grabbed or collected. All that happens is that the animation and despawn gets triggered by player collision. No matter how you try to stretch the definition of "collecting", you can't include that.
It's busted, without a shred of doubt or room for interpretation.
Idea: In the P-balloon form, your cap won’t make you lose your power up.

I've killed the angry sun with a Koopa Troopa shell many times, so I imagine that the answer is yes.

Why all Myths have their Answers (I think). :)
1. It would ruin the point because fire wouldn’t go through the semi-solid, right?
2. The angry sun is an enemy, and the moon destroys all enemies on screen, so it makes sense that it would kill it.
3. The magikoopa dies after being fully off screen because Nintendo likely wanted to have something actually realistic in their game.
4. Yoshi must be strong if he can hold a stone in his mouth and still walk the same speed lol
5. It makes sense, you wouldn’t magically change direction while taking damage.
6. To do it, just have to roll immediately after jumping on the P-Switch insanely fast. :)
7. You can collect the coins, but they don’t add to the coin counter, probably because Mario doesn’t have a coin animation when touching the flagpole.
8. Water makes everything slower, so it makes sense.

Mario is upside down when somersaulting with a star in smb3, triple jumping in nsmb or sm3dw, jumping from the flagpole in nsmb or sm3dw, rolling in sm3dw, backflipping in sm3dw, or handstanding on top of the tree in sm3dw. There may be other examples I can’t think of.
Myth: You get pushed down if you get hit from above by a Lemmy ball.
Haven't seen this happen in Mario Maker yet, but this is the case in the New Super Mario Bros games, so I guess it'd be confirmed

I've never seen mario carrying a stone in SMM2, and I've watched a lot of DGR, Ryukhar and Pangaea

Well, it only does in some certain story mode chapters and is not usable in normal gameplay

@@Marcelo_KB That stone block only appears to exclusive into story mode levels, however with some hacking and modding, its actually posible to bring the stone blocks into your own levels. 😏

How you can put the moon in day mod?
How can the "Upside-down Mario needs P-Balloon or night cave" one be "busted" by the transition animation you only get when losing the P-Balloon? At that point, the game is frozen, and you are in the position from when you have a balloon. Once the animation is done and the balloon state removed, Mario immediately defaults to the normal alignment. That is not busted at all.
It's the same as the last time youtube suggested me one of these videos and I was bored enough to click: Great glitch use, but horribly sloppy conclusions made with faulty logic and little care for consistency. Well, I'll make sure to disable further suggestions from this channel.

Wow I actually didn't thought Nintendo programmed the Moon to be able to kill the Sun.
That's probably not a expected interaction since it's not possible (Or at least not intended) to have both on the same level, however when you code stuff, specially videogames, you usually want to specify classes that can share elements between siblings or parents, so the sun is probably coded as an "Enemy" and the moon just kills all enemies.
