i love how dave is the most famous pizza guy on earth. shit is hilarious, and he takes it hella serious as he should. A lot of people including myself discovered him through these reviews and not through barstool.
first time i heard of this guy was when i saw him review a pizza parlor in queens with action bronson. i thought to myself "who is this schmuck?" and now i've watched like 4,000 of these damn videos.
Honestly I don’t even watch sports but I’ve watched a few hundred pizza reviews.
I knew about Barstool before I saw these. But I thought this guy was just the pizza review guy, was a while before I found out he founded them

Yeah, so this place is in Middletown, but is served by Red Bank Post Office. I used to live in Middletown, with an Atlantic Highlands Mailing address and a Red Bank Phone number. You have to be from here to understand.

When I lived in eatontown, Guidos was my go to pizza place. Right around the corner
Also Luigi's in Lincroft.. square pie is great. Mr. Pizza Slice in Red Bank, Federico's Tinton Falls..
Correct it's Middletown with a Red Bank address. Never tried Guido's, I'll have to check it out. Ruffino's in Eatontown is pretty good too. And Rizzo's in Ocean Township is my personal favorite, way better than Zonis.

First of all anyone that claims to be a pizza expert would never go into a Pizza Hut and think they were eating pizza. 2nd is that Zoni's is in a section of Middletown that has a Red Bank mailing address. No part of Red Bank. And lastly, I had Zoni's last week for the first time and it was great. One of the best I've had in awhile.

I’ve never lived in Jersey before but if I had to pick a place there it would be Redbank.
Most of Jersey is similar to Red Bank. I live in the state

It's a good place to hang out but not necessarily the best place to live. The surrounding towns are better and more upscale for living, but red Bank is the hub where all the action is.
Red Bank is nice, but neighboring Fair Haven, Rumson and Little Silver are nicer
I moved from Chicago to Tampa 50 years ago. When I left Chicago in 1970, I never heard of Deep Dish or Pepperoni (sausage only). I had to attend a company class in Red Bank/Middleton area back in the 80's. I stayed at a hotel named Comfort Inn and just down the street there was a bowling alley with a pizza place attached. The best pizza I've ever had. I was there for 6 weeks and ate pizza every other night. BTW Tampa has the worst pizza. Dave got that right!

It's actually in Middletown. It's mailing address is Red Bank because that's the post office for that part of town. And it is a beautiful town. You're minutes from multiple celebrities' mansions along the Navesink River.

FYI. CT founded NJ, which is why NJ has a ton of towns with CT town names. That's a stronger bond than with NYC or PA, but not many know it!

Go visit the Comic Book Men at Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash there in Red Bank and do a pizza/comic combo. They'll be able to steer you to the best pizza in Red Bank.
In downtown red Bank that would be New Corner or Patrizias. Pacini's was good for a boardwalk slice but they closed. Gianni's is good when they're having a good day but can be hit or miss.
