San Antonio braces for potential heavy rains and storms as Tropical Storm Beryl nears

On Monday, Beryl's impact will be felt. A sharp cutoff between tropical rain, and no rain at all. Western areas will stay hot and dry, with temps near 100 near the Rio Grande. San Antonio will be right on the edge of heavy tropical rain, and no rain.
