walks' and just love the pace and serenity of your walks. Although we
film walks ourselves it's still interesting to see places we may never
get to travel. So we just wanted to say thanks.
Been going there since 1998....such a magical and chilled place.
I went there from 1991 to 1999. Maybe we met in 1998 or 1999...on the streets...on the beach...in the nightlife. 😊 How has Ibiza changed since then?
Maybe we did, it's a small island. If you went back now you probably would not recognise 70% of it. In many aspects...ie motorway network, public areas/routes, new buildings and international corporate companies opening offices etc.
Only place that has stayed the same is Ibiza Old Town minus a few clubs no longer exist. At least the local government is plowing the tourist profits back into the island.
I still think the island is great and have a lot of history there, so hope to return next year after a 4 year absence.
This virtual tour takes me right back to the 90's when I was in Ibiza every year. A lot of things don't seem to have changed since then. In the old town I was mostly in the evening until late at night in restaurants and bars. During the day I was almost always at the beach (Playa d'en Bossa, Salinas, etc.). Thanks for this video ! (I also filmed with the GH5 😊)
