    Thank-you Prof. Carol.
Who cut out reference to Israel and why?
Editing out Carl's voice here is ironical at least.
Thanks for detail of Carol's full.words transcript provided in another❤ comment here.
Babies 'get' (forced into) 'the paradox' of external human non feeling with them.
From conception we know in our energy of being and growing, through chemical or whatever 'relationship' with all what is ok or not.
I live this depth every day after decades of letting go of cultural and personal human layers of no sense.

To Fundacio Grifols: Why is there a cut in Gilligan's remarks at 50:56? Here is the omitted portion of her lecture:
In the documentary film, "The Gatekeepers", six former heads of Shin Bet, Israel's internal security service, are interviewed about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In the end, these hardened and tough.minded men see only one solution: talking with one's enemies. "I'd talk with anyone," the eldest says, "even Ahmadinejad". He isn't speaking about negotiating peace, but something more elemental. He means revealing one's humanity.
I have told multiple stories, interweaving the diverse voices of combat veterans, girls and women, boys and men, Jane Eyre and Karenin. The tensions between cultures play out within cultures and also within ourselves. To paraphrase John Berger, never again will a single voice be heard as the only one. In discussions of ethics, we might ask: how can I listen for a voice that is held in silence.

I would like to know more example on your theory, Ms. gilligan, I find some it difficult to understand, however i understand less on the concept of your theory, since i am interested more on what your teaching is more like understanding the women's morality!!
