Don't move so much while throwing attacks, especially not backwards if you want power. Don't throw kicks up close unless you can time a knee between opponents attack. Keep up the stamina saving, don't over use dodge and weaving but there's a time and place for it (I ain't reading allat)

Use Jon Jones because your playstyle is aggressive and he has a long reach meaning he can hit opponents from a farther distance If he is trying to get up close, back up and use your reach to keep him away from you. If he is keeping his distance from you, try to get close to him and punch him. focus on one concept at a time and don't rush to implement them all into your game
