hey man I dont think it is the lack of weed that is causing you anger to lash out at things. Yes weed may help, but you really have to recognize when you are angry and allow yourself to 'feel' the emotion without being self destructive and hitting things. The lashing out comes from not knowing what to do with you anger so it makes your body want to hit things. Next time you feel that angry take a few deep breaths and tell your self "I am angry and I want to destroy things because of _____" you really need to identify what is making the emotion come out. Once the catalyst is identified you can focus your anger into something greater :).
