Minus 3 degrees Celcius? On the Centigrade scale, '0' degrees is the point of where water freezes. On the Fahrenheit scale, water freezes at 32 degrees; therefore, in Fahrenheit terms, the temperature was 26.6 degrees. 0 degrees Fahrenheit, is -17.777777777777777 degrees Celcius. Well, any way you gauge it, it would have been quite uncomfortable, standing out in the inclement weather.
