Noooooooo. The attraction of Shark Tank was the quiet, dark, serious scenario where one was guessing whats next. With the audience its a goddam nickelodeon or disney comedy.
What a horrible idea for an audience, a commercial break, and no sounds when a shark goes out. This ruins the show.

Theory is that the sharks want less exposure. Adding an audience can "fluff up" the show and require less effort from the hosts.
I feel like the sharks behave differently in front of the audience. Also I feel like if I finally go to shark tank, I don’t want random people screaming at me to take a deal. I would want silence to think about something so important lol

I would've told Mark $1 million, seems reasonable for both sides. Mark actually offered $1.5, maybe he could've squeezed $2 million. The entrepreneur seems to have faith in his company, can't blame him for taking Lori's offer.
With Lori coming on board, he will breeze past the $5million valuation in a couple of years.
65% of the ownership was absent, he probably didn't have authority to discuss that possibility

Its basically just a collapseable microwaveable Tupperware so just drop the whole "Pizza" gimmick and make circle and regular square shapes instead
Its perfect for storing and reheating soups or lasagnas pastas among other things
What ever he would sell it for to Mark, he has to split 3 ways... $1.5M divided by 3 isnt much really...
I would've asked Mark for the sale plus a royalty paid on every unit sold. At least then still earning an income from it if and when it goes off.
