As you found out, in "What Is Love?" (title track from their 5th EP "What Is Love?" (2018), their debut was on Oct. 20th 2015 with the EP "The Story begins") the girls portray scenes from famous (love) movies (but not only American ones):

"TT" in contrast to "What Is Love?" did not have a movie theme, it rather had a fairy tale theme (in my opinion). The follow up music video which continues "TT" is "Knock Knock". And some people already recommended "A Helpful Guide to Twice 2022" by MinguinMina, which is really comprehensive and the newest one. So I recommend it also for getting to know Twice.

Watching their MVs in release order is probably the best way to experience their music. However you cannot go wrong with any of their title tracks - they are all great and iconic! But if I had to suggest a couple that you haven't reacted to, I would say Feel Special and Dance The Night Away. (Feel Special is amazing and holds a lot of emotional meaning; worth reading the lyrics and background of the song. DTNA is super fun and happy song & MV 😊.)
Aside from their music, the best way to get to know them is their TH-cam series "Time To Twice". One of the many reasons Twice is so loved is their personalities, which really shows in those series.

Actually Chu wee is more like the Korean pronunciation (but not). The correct way to pronounce is a little bit difficult for foreigners.

I don't know if this answer already popped up, but their titles are usually very market oriented, maybe go for their b sides a bit and I'm sure you'd find something you'll vibe with. Also, their earlier stuff is absurdly cutesy, but they have stepped away from that over time.
Also, fun fact that isn't usually mentioned: JYP, the founder of the label they are under, started his career as a backup dancer, when asked why he is so strict with his idols' dancing, he says that he is a dancer, with what face would he go out in public if his artists didn't, at least, dance well.

There's alot of TWICE songs that have that energy, pop, upbeat but the meaning of these songs are too sad. "WHAT IS LOVE?" is all about wanting to know about different kind of love by watching those movies, "LIKEY" is all about faking yourself, hiding your own feelings just to like you by other people.
"TT" is all about the girls hurt by their loveones.
