Sixty-two comments about going through doors so far. Mission accomplished. Love everything you've posted - a little bit of knowledge, a little thought provocation, and a lot of humor - perfect!
Pete, I have been following you for years now and look forward to your videos. For all the folks that want to tell you a better way to do things. There is only one right way to farm. That’s the way that is right for you. I have found that those who are the most vocal are usually the ones that have the least to say and have never farmed. Keep up the great work.
Pete, you sitting there with the two fans made me laugh out loud. So much enjoy your sense of humor. Thanks for sharing another glimpse into farm life.
Hi Pete, this question is from another video. You spoke if feeding corn to the cows that were going to be butchered, you said when you were farming with your father the cows gained weight on corn. I think you said they don't now. Do you have any feelings about GMO corn?
You are a cow whisperer. To get those cows to follow is truly a tribute to the way you take care of your animals. Some evidense that you are in the right profession.
My 4 month old daughter and I love watching your videos. Whenever a tractor comes on, her little eyes are glued to the tv. We're looking to get our land in a few years once we pay off our trailer so she's a lil future farmer. ❤️ I'll have to get her a lil tractor so she can help with chores. 🤣
Thats why pete includes it! lol He knows how it stirs certain people up! hahaha! Love how Pete can make content in anything he does, from going thru doors too even talking to spiders! Love watching this channel! greetings fromAustralia! Dont worry Hillary love watching you too!
Such a joy to watch your videos of your farm life. You seem to be the Jay Leno of farm repair and renovation thanks for the entertainment. I wish you were near so I could buy your products at the farmers market. I look for your videos all the time.
Pete, I chuckled more than usual in this video, it was so good. From your chatty customer and that adorable Ezra the cat, to the griping cows who are so spoiled and taken such good care of, and your fascination with entering doorways, (LOVED that you pointed out how Ezra was hidden on one of the shelves watching you, by the way. I would have never noticed if you hadn't pointed it out. lol) Great video, Pete. As always. Oh, and put your pig feed in something heavy that they can't knock around, dumping it out. :)
What is normally a chore in the farm for most, Pete makes it look more like fun for him, and for us, as well as the bellyaching cows, noisy pigs and chicken galore!
We love our grass fed beef here in Osage County, Oklahoma. Most are raised on Big Bluestem, Little Bluestem, Switchgrass, and Indiangrass, all native grasses. We love visiting your tranquility.
Hey Pete…**When is a door not a door??… When it is ajar!** Love the dad jokes! Finished your book. Well written! Cheers from the Outer Banks of North Carolina
Hey Pete. Appreciate all the videos this week. Stuck in the house with covid. I can't wait to get out on the farm. You've helped me maintain my sanity.
I love Titus coming up for his back scratch, paying his respects. He doesn’t stay long, it’s a gesture. He presents his vulnerable flank to you and you treat him with kindness and a pleasing scratch.
I actually figured out that Patty is not mooing, she is booing the bad jokes😂. I love how Titus always comes over to you for his back scratching, such personality. Keep it up Pete, great inspirational videos always. All your animals have the best of conditions and you are a true asset to farming. Stay healthy!
I must agree. Through the years I have worked with mostly Holsteins but also Jersey, Guernsey, Angus, Hereford and even a Charlotte bull once. But you Dexters win the belly aching competition hoofs down.
Love the sound of a super c without the muffler !!! I have two Farmall super C, they're great for my small farm. My narrow front end is a great hayraker, I can rake all day and hardly use any gas. Always enjoy your videos Pete !
Pete, I know some commenters are hateful about ur restoration techniques. But, I love those videos. Ur tractor restoration videos are among my favorites. I was raised riding on my grandpa's lap feeding cattle from his 1951 Super C. 1st tractor I ever drove. I was 4 yrs old and he'd put it in 1st gear and tell me keep it going towards a tree while he went to the trailer to feed the cattle. Those are cherished memories. If you restore it, please show all the details like you were doing. I'd love to see it. Thanks much for the great content.
you are by far one of the best farmers i have ever seen, your temperment you positivity and your sense of humer is brilliant!! keep on living the dream pete!
Straight pipe a tractor 😂😂 made me laugh. My father used to build street legal race cars mostly (Fox Body Mustangs) when I was a kid so it gave me a good chuckle.
You & Hillary are awesome. Thank you. My husband used to farm. His dad had a 1940s or 50s Allis Chalmers C series tractor. You all a blessing. God bless you & pray they meet all your needs. Our family loves all your shows.
lol, I love your videos so much Pete, always brightens my day! Love seeing/hearing the cows yell at you guys, doors, fumbles, invisible cat, old tractor rides, dad jokes, bulls trash talkin each other, love it all - very entertaining. Thank you for taking the time to share :)
I can’t have enough of your daily farmer routine. I sincerely appreciated and love to share with my children and grandchildren. I’m 60yrs young with eight grandchildren and one on the way. I’m in the midst of developing a family farm project and I love to learn from you. I know what I want to do and what I certainly do not want to do. You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing.
AH, what a wonderful day to see your video. Just watching you drive in the fields with the old tractor makes me smile, and sometimes it feels like I am on that tractor. Love the entire farm!
I’ve been binge watching your videos. Truly enjoy them. Brings back memories of the days when I was farming. Boy I miss those days. Thank you for sharing.
I found that using Lucas gas treatment in my generator, snowblower, pressure washer etc they start easier, I also put it in my 1950 John Deere B, ranger SxS and my pickup because they sometimes sit for a while and it stabilizes the gas.
Life on the farm in good weather is very special. That beef is great and when you know how they were raised is the best meat you can have. I drove many a day on a narrow front super C, and it was a very dependable tractor, for everyday work, including mowing with a sickle mower. Our milking herd many times would be ready to get on the barn when milking was to begin. Great memories Pete
Hello Pete and Hillary. I have a Honda 2000 watt generator have not needed much here. It will run my water pump fridge tv and some lights if needed. That tractor runs great. You have a great weekend also.
Good day Pete! I gotta ask what do you love most about the farm life? For myself watching you have that sense of freedom and working to survive makes me want to do it! Like they say though it ain’t work if you love what your doing.
Thanks, Pete for letting me live vicariously through your channel. I enjoy the memories of my time working farms when I was a kid, dreaming of doing it again in my old age.
Great content, as always. So wholesome. And yes, I'm glad for the Dad joke. I'm about to go try that one out on my better half. I expect a suitable groan. Have a great weekend.
With 312k subscribers, I'm sure Pete, that the chances you'll ever read my comment is slim. But on the off chance that you might- I want you to know that you, and the content you provide is absolutely needed, motivational, calming, informative, and heart warming. We need more people like you sharing and providing examples for people today. We need more people who understand and appreciate farming. We need more people who can show what hard work and human decency can look like. From a small farmer in Iowa, thank you...!!!
Opening doors is what lifes about, nobody is going to open them for you. Pete you certainly are a inspiration, nothing better than to catch up with what's going on around the farm. Everyday is a anticipation of what might......... Glad to see that everyone is doing well and all ready for the future. Have a great weekend and try not to labor to much.
As a kid growing up on an Iowa farm, one of my least favorite tasks was taking care of livestock. Now, 60 years later, one of my favorite things is watching you take care of livestock. You take my home to my youth, thank you.
Sixty-two comments about going through doors so far. Mission accomplished. Love everything you've posted - a little bit of knowledge, a little thought provocation, and a lot of humor - perfect!
"Come on Cows" is my favorite call of the day. Now you have me saying "Come on Dogs" here at home.
Just want to say, THANK YOU for your videos...they help me mentally survive all the bad news if our world today...
Damn near a video a day, Pete. Much appreciated!
I ❤ Ezra. Such a sweet kitty.
Had to make one more comment...I LOVE your old 🚜 tractors and riding them with you . so to speak :). :). :)
I like the way the animals answer you 😂

Diggin the old tractors really add to the character/charm of the farm and videos
Love hearing and seeing the tractor, the cows on parade, the walk-in customer and Hilary and yourself again. Love 💕 so much.
Every time I watch you release the chickens from their coop I get a big belly laugh! They are such characters!
Same
I was going to comment on that myself! I love watching the chickens come out of the house!
How long does it normally take to get them back in there coop?
Chickens usually go back in the coop when it starts getting dark. I was raised on a poultry farm.
Pete, you sitting there with the two fans made me laugh out loud. So much enjoy your sense of humor. Thanks for sharing another glimpse into farm life.
Them IH 4 cyc best sound ever grew up on them

My neighbor put his turkeys out the other day. It’s very entertaining to watch them get shocked walk away and get shocked again !!
Domestic turkeys are known for many things. Incidentally being very very stupid is one of them

Titus & Ordin are just my favorite charecters.
Love them balling cows. now you can say you have FANS!!!! Good’n Buddy.
I have never seen cows marking holes like that 15:37. Its interesting to watch them being aware of small stuff like that.
18:09 - The best use for a generator. 😂
Good morning all from Siesta Key Florida
You know that bush by the door gets some of us viewers wanting to make the trip there to help cut it down. LOL

No hitch pin. No problem, grab an old bolt and go! That customer must really be a VIP. Even Ezra waited on her. Have a great weekend Mr. Pete!
Awesome another tractor restoration can't wait Pete

Best wishes from Northern Canada.
