Okay so it may be a little generic but firstly you need to practice. It took me well over a year to finally ap master songs with ease. You should start working on easier songs and challenging yourself with harder ones if you feel like you can do them. Also i’d suggest (if you are a thumb player) to try to switch to playing index fingers. It may feel a little awkward but it really makes things much easier later on
