I hate this song. I’ve been playing Project Sekai for a long while. I’ve had my share of difficult songs, ones that seemed impossible to get through or full combo. But they all have their solutions, some hope that I can make it. Not this one. I’m a pretty decent player. Nothing too special but I’ve full comboed a few level 27 songs and even some low level master songs. Almost all of my level 26 songs are done. Almost. Then there’s this. This absolute parasite of a song. It’s taken me months and I’m still yet to full combo it. Still attempting to full combo this mere level 26 song that should already be dealt with. I’ve tried everything. Increasing the speed, decreasing the speed. Practicing moderately, excessively repping it, abstinence. I’ve played with my best team with the best accuracy skills. I’ve played this song during my great highs and all time lows. Nothing works. It taunts me. Sitting there, the only level 26 song on my expert list. Always going in with the same mentality, “Maybe today is the day.” I fear it’ll never be “the day”. I recoil at the memory of buying this song. I didn’t even think it was that good, just eye catching enough to buy. I despise my naivety. It holds me back. How am I supposed to become better if I can’t get past a song like this? How will I ever be good enough if this song is still here? It reminds me just how lowly I am everytime I look at it. Positive ☆ Dance Time, I hope you rot in hell. I hope that everyone associates you with evil in life, and that there is no redemption. In the years come, when you are forgotten, hardly a faint memory in people’s minds, I hope you still remember me. That you remember all the crimes you committed. All the atrocities that happened because of you. I hope you feel guilt, and remember that I am the reason you are nothing.
