I recommend putting them in a dark place immediately after they come out of the camera, I use a book. And don’t shake them, avoid touching undeveloped film as much as you can in general.
This Camera is so cute! My parents got me this for my birthday and it was amazing! However, the films you put into your camera are quite expensive, so I suggest if your getting this you must have at least $20 in your wallet (just for films or extra). I also suggest getting the bag that you can put your instax camera on. This camera is easy to use and it's super cool! Spending money on films and the camera itself is worth it 💓. Highly recommend!
Just a tip: I have the mini 11 too and when taking a photo I avoid putting my fingers/hand in front of the 2 sensors on the left. They’re the sensors that adjust to light, so putting any shade (as your fingers) can hurt the end result! It makes the picture blurry and darker! I’ve wasted a whole film figuring it out. Don’t put anything near those sensors

I would recommend not shaking the photo!! It makes the photo a bit blurry and if you just let it rest only touch the grey part not the picture and after 1:30 secs / 90 seconds it should be ready if it’s cold it will probably take a couple more min or secs so ya !
Please don't shake your Instax or Polaroid pictures. It damages them and can make the pictures blurry as the layers are shifting around. Keep them STILL and in the shade.

Not supposed to even shake a polaroid says the manufacturer and if you let the polaroid develop in a dark area like.inside jacket or shirt the better the picture quality and not white washed
Well im planning to buy the same camera. It's a common problem with instax camera as i do more research, since the flash aren't abled to turned off and it has Automatic exposure, sometimes it gives you awfully bright pictures Nothing to fix it, If you want better lighting (to shoot outside and what not) it's better to buy the instax mini 9

When developing the photo you shouldn't shake it, it can cause the photo to flop

Yea, you shouldn’t shake them. Put them somewhere dark asap and then you can enjoy some beautiful tones a few minutes later
