I’m 73, been giging since I was 14. Went full time at 17-18, long time ago. 1970-1980 on the road, constantly. I got out of the business completely at age 30. I love what you’re doing , very informative and a great insight into the wacky world of the professional musician. Got back into playing in 93’.. Playing in 2 bands now, one of the bands I’m working with the original lead singer from Pantera and a drummer from Frank Marino. A bunch of old guys. But I remember the road like it was yesterday. I realize I’m just rambling, but you bring back a lot of memories. Thank you and Rock Ballzz my brother.

Yes, this is exactly what I want to see & hear. Many of us have watched the awards and/or many of the music shows but most of us haven't seen what goes on behind the scenes. Sounds like LANCO (all caps?) has great management that keeps the band busy. That's great! Loved the clothing & the boots. Noticed a little bit of difference with the color blending into your skin but it wasn't to much ;). Tim, you seem like a great fit with this band. It's going to be a lot of fun to see how much you progress! Just keep being you. That's what we all love! Heard Chris thank his Mama. Have a whole lotta DNA from & still in Eastern Kentucky. For about 20 years starting in 1992 my late husband and I were on the road following the art circuit. He was a Native American Artist. You see a lot of Countryside but one hotel / Motel is pretty much like another and the same for the restaurants. Life on the road is hard and it is difficult to make a living but I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. It was fun while it lasted

I'm more into indie like Arcade Fire and My Morning Jacket and legacy like Pink Floyd, David Bowie and Todd Rundgren. I'm older (almost 70) and appreciate talent and commitment more than anything. Love watching your channel because you keep it real.

I get more inspired by your videos then GT's and uncle Larry, just to let you know. My 3 favorite guitar related channels... And i started at 45 yo, never to late. Goal, jam with friends and some small bargigs(hopefuly)

I'm 56 and gave up my dreams of playing for a living likely before you were born but ... I do still play in a band because music is for life. I get a chance to live a little bit vicariously and see what it's really like through your videos. One guitar nerd question ... what was your backline amp? It sounded pretty darn good. Great video! Question about the outfits: I've never heard of outfits being provided for a band! How does that work?! I really liked the section where you filmed your performance. It really captured what it's like to play on stage (weird sound, some glitches, etc). Thanks :)
Thanks for the watch and the questions! The outfits are provided for the band in this case because LANCO is a band. The whole unit is the artist. Normally things like this are only reserved for the singers since they are the lone artist with a band put around them. LANCO is lucky because everyone gets to participate.
Very interesting, that shirt wise, they dressed you to stand out from the rest of the band. The singer has his jean jacket happening but the others.....beige! Just saying man but in my experience its all about the singer and the guitar player. 😀 I may be biased as a fellow guitar player.

No! I could practice whenever I wanted to. Some camps might be different, but lanco wouldnt mind at all.

we all had In Ear Monitors (IEM) in! so none of those monitors on the ground were doing anything. They were there for the band before us.
