You may need to open your music program and tell it to play from the CD drive. It may or may not launch automatically depending on the settings you have on your PC. As far as the music not playing on your stereo. Make sure you burn your music as an audio CD and try to burn it at the slowest speed possible. Some dedicated CD players are very picky about playing discs that you burn.

i have the acer predator helios 300 and has no dvd hard drive and i have gta 5 and saints row the third but for pc and want to install them using cd will it work
Of course not. PS4 game discs are Blu-Ray discs. This is a DVD drive and cannot read any Blu-Ray disc. Even if you bought a Blu-Ray drive, your PC wouldn't be able to run a PS4 games because the game is not designed for a computer.
@@Taggers it will connecting normal LED TV,. But if you do the trick, by pressing DVD button 3 sec while the disk was opened, after the light start turn on, close the disk and wait for 3 min

if its dirty you can buy a lens cleaner which is basically a disc that when it spins in the drive it cleans the lens
