Sir, I have encountered a gear designing task in my company.
The teeth are 65, max limit of tip dia is 42mm. So I chose a module of 0.6. In this case, the base circle is smaller than the root circle. Will this create a problem in the gear meshing or driving. I chose 0.6 module from standard modules for spur gears.
I am VISWANATHAN learned PRO-E and designed several machines, manufactured and utlaized from-2002 to march 2023, after that learned CREO PARAMETRIC-8.

This is just a theoretical model. In practice, gears with displacement are used. I wonder if a model with a displacement coefficient can carry out such parameter changes.
Sir, I follow your tutorial to do by myself but at 14:59 after fillet I can't use the pattern to referece, only can be used geometic pattern. Could you find out what is the problem comes from? Thanks

Try the regular Pattern instead of the Geometrical Pattern on the first Pattern (at 13:42). I used the Geometrical Pattern out of habit and realized having the same issue as yours, but once I used a regular Pattern on the first one, the Reference Pattern got enabled

The gear size depends upon the number of teeth.

Sir, I am facing problem with the teeth regeneration.After regenerating the model, though on model tree , it shows 12 teeth being extruded under pattern but I think they are generated over the 4 teeth that were patterned earlier. As a result , even after regeneration ,it is only showing 4 gear teeth.Kindly help to resolve this issue.
I cannot help you precisely from here. It is better to redo the things following all the steps and correct yourself.
