Absolutely love how El Dorado-ing their way out of this situation seems like the most Skrimm plan to exist, and the crew managed to get there without him because Queenie was just so fed up with this ogre and Nikkie just wanted to make a Shrek joke lmao.

The in-character Skrimm impersonations *killed me* oh my lord
I understand Queenie's frustration so much within the first 22 minutes of this session. The amount of pure rage a single NPC is producing in me is unrivaled.
Same, I was finding it genuinely difficult to watch 😅 glad it got a bit easier as it went on

I mean I hate the ogres with my entire being but I can't deny that he absolutely nailed it, he's like a wizard at roleplaying

Man I hate those damn ogres! As soon as the clearly misinformed and ignorant words started flowing I was just as upset as Queenie, MAN how I just want it to be over but at the same time I'm not even halfway through the video and I must continue because I love the campaign in general. Derek has outdone himself with role playing these ridiculous creatures and regardless of how much I hate them I must applaud him for that.
Genuinely, I’m 15 minutes in, and I desperately want to skip it, but I might miss something… My eye is twitching 😭
Post ep20, it was worth it. Frustrating, but definitely worth it.

@@summeraidan5815 yes. I started out with straight murder on the brain towards the gas-lighting, dismissive cultists, but trust Derek. He’s got this.
I love the RP so much and I realled loved the way Derek played as the ogres, cause just 15 minutes into the conversation between the captors and the gang made me want to throw a chair into the wall. Let me tell you, it was infuriating and I never wanted to yell out in frustration as much as I do now, but it is just a testament to how the DM plays the NPC's well.

Logical fallacies like those circular arguments are so frustrating! Especially when they use them to justify atrocities. And the smugness is painful too. Thinking themselves the height of learning and truth without adhering to basic logical reasoning and the scientific process so they can wield that wilful ignorance like a weapon against others. I’ve never wanted to punch an NPC in the face more than Mr. Mansplain >:(
One of my top favorite episodes of this campaign. So much chaos, secrets, and madness. I’m so excited (and afraid) for the next one!

What will remove curse do to Skrimm? Correct me if im wrong. He is cursed afterall.
I think that would break his contract and get him in even more trouble, trust me you DO NOT want to deal with extraplanar lawyers
A pact is different from a curse so remove curse or pretty much any spell that does something similar has so chance of removing all that.

the amount of twists used actually got annoying this session. Every single bad roll got rerolled. Actually started rooting for bad rolls just so things would become tense. Watching rerollable plot armour gets boring fast.
I actually don’t mind it so much. It’s a hardcore campaign and Derek doesn’t seem to be pulling any punches, so this party needs all the viewer-donated twists they can get.
