- The Holy Spirit is our source of power here on earth. Acts 1:8 (AMP) But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth. There are not words enough to tell of the attributes of the Holy Spirit. However, in this I am listing some of those wonderful characteristics, actions and attributes. The Holy Spirit helps us to:
A. Serve the Lord.
B. To witness for the Lord.
C. To have fruit in our lives
D. To over come the devil and his works.

4. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH.
5. THE SPIRIT OF LIFE.
6. THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE.
7. THE SPIRIT OF PROMISE.
8. THE SPIRIT OF GLORY.
9. THE SPIRIT OF GOD AND OF CHRIST.
THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
1. IN RELATION TO THE WORLD.
a) The Universe.
b) The World of Mankind.
2. IN RELATION TO THE BELIEVER.
3. IN RELATION TO THE SCRIPTURES.
4. IN RELATION TO JESUS CHRIST.
OFFENCES AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT.
1. BY THE SINNER.
a) Resisting.
b) Insulting.
c) Blaspheming.
2. BY THE BELIEVER.
a) Grieving.
b) Lying to.
c) Quenching.
THE DOCTRINE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
We are living in the Age of the Spirit. The Old Testament period may be called the Age of the Father; the period covered by the Gospels, the Age of the Son; from Pentecost until the second advent of Christ, the Age of the Spirit.
All matters pertaining to the doctrine of the Holy Spirit should, therefore, be of special interest to us who live in this age of special privilege. Yet how ignorant is the average Christian concerning matters pertaining to the Spirit. The Christian church today needs to heed Paul's exhortation: "Now concerning spiritual gifts (or, perhaps better, "matters pertaining to the Spirit"), I would not have you ignorant."

Thank you so much for sharing this great message. Jesus bless you in Jesus' Holy Name! Before I really knew Who Jesus Is .. I could hear bad news and my legs would just go completely out and I'd drop to the ground. After Jesus revealed Himself to me I gained a Peace inside of me that if someone told me bad news..it was as if it was a weather report. I didn't fall apart but felt calm and strength from the Holy Spirit. Jesus Is Amazing 👏 🙌 🙏❤

Isaiah 53:5, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed.
For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is.
We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD.
We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritan. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away.
Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church.
It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. A simple message I found for you on the subject. For the believer in Jesus Christ, there should be no appeal to take part in gambling. Gambling clearly breaks several biblical principles which are central to a Christian’s way of life. A Christian lifestyle is one that expresses faith in the loving care and provision of Almighty God, not in chance or luck (Matthew 6:33). A Christian seeks to love his neighbor, not to profit from a loss by someone else. A Christian seeks to avoid every form of greed and covetousness and to be content with what he has (see Hebrews 13:5). In addition, a Christian realizes that everything he possesses has been given in stewardship by God and should only be used in a way that honors Him.“Signing up” or registering for a free gift is not gambling. It merely puts a person in a position to receive something that is to be given away, and this is the donor’s way of selecting the recipient. However, in the case of gambling, a person is taking chances with hard-earned money. Gambling is nowhere approved in the Bible. Instead, the Bible stresses that the Christian should earn his living by honest work and effort, and this would exclude relying on chance (2 Thessalonians 3:10-12). The Bible tells us to ‘abstain from all appearance of evil’ (1 Thessalonians 5:22). Gambling has often done untold evil to people by making them lose money that could be used for good purposes or even the necessities of life. Money is given to us by God to be used for good, not evil. Anyone seeking to do God’s will should not be involved in gambling. Gambling is also wrong because of the motives involved. Some people gamble for thrills and excitement. Others gamble because they have a greedy and covetous attitude about money. Some gamble out of a false belief in luck. All of these motives are wrong for the Christian, for they are all self-centered and materialistic. Passages in the Bible which warn against greed and covetousness are Exodus 20:15, 17; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; and Colossians 3:5.

So if there is a oneness why does the Bible say there are three that bear witness in heaven Father Word and Holy Ghost and these three are one?
I am a father, and have a son and have the spirit of life; yet created as one by God. Does that make me three people or you? We all have a body, soul and spirit. Are we a triad in unity? No, silly. we are one. Usually people say that there was the father in creation, the son in redemption and Holy Spirit in regeneration. God is one. The word of says that. "I am God alone...there's none beside me...Thou shalt worship the Lord God only..." Isaiah Chapters 40-50. I agree that there are different aspects of God but he's one. In fact, consider this if you are a trinitarian. Jesus, who was born of the Holy Spirit of God, (Matthew 1:18-21) of whom Paul said "to wit God was in Christ." (2 Cor. 5:19) So, the God of the universe came in a form yet all of Him could not be in Christ while on earth. 1 Tim 3:16 states that God was manifested in the flesh, meaning Jesus. We find that the father, son and councilor or Holy Spirit are all one in God and not three. Isa 9:6 reports this. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. So your real quest is to know the one true God. You need to repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus, for the remission of your sins, then you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)
