Roland- it was so great to be with you when you Filmed this. There wasn’t editing he was really catching them just about every cast. The 100 fish we caught that day was pretty cool too.

Roland you are not kidding, the past few months I have noticed how consistent Flukes catch bass here in Fl. Can produce good size as well, got a 6.5lb on a fluke just the other week. Appreciate all your content.

I also live in South Florida. And I catch 95% of my bass on a Texas rigged no weight fluke.

Many smaller lakes I fish does not have moving water like most places you fish. So back to basics 😊

Roland, I use braid and would like to ask due to the small diameter have you had the braid slide thru the small gap in between the hook eye and the shank? as I have and what's your fix for the issue?

Have you tried using a Yamamoto D Shad instead of a standard fluke? How about neko rigging the fluke or DShad with a 1/32 oz nail weight? I found this to be quite effective as well.

Do you use mono or fluorocarbon leaders when fishing with fluke
