I wish we could get a non-META version of Bon Homme Richard at some point, perhaps to act as an opposite to the META version during the story of the potential event she would be introduced in.
Maybe an even brings the non-META Bon Homme Richard from the past, before she became META, to the present. Acting as either the UR or the Super Rare of that event.
that is more than likely so far not going to happen as it was stated that her entire concept has been deleted. no kan-sen can remember her despite being an actual warship historically. we saw the concept wipe in action already with dr aoste and anzeel where all kansen now cant remember who they were. it seems richard is another victim of this. with the concept wipe the shipgirl so far cant be reproduced in new timelines. atleast this is how far things stand and i understand them
A few things of note. USS Bonhomme Richard was also the name of the ship used by John Paul Jones to raid British ships during the Revolutionary War. This could explain why she prefers targeting the Royal Navy over other factions. CV-10 was also supposed to be named USS Bon Homme Richard before she was renamed to USS Yorktown. There is a clear, but not yet explored connection between the two. USS Yorktown was also a Sloop of War in the 1800's, primarily known for her part in enforcing the slave trade embargo, perhaps partially shaping our Yorktown's idealism. My prediction is, if putting Type-II Essex class rigging on our Yorktown prevents metamorphosis, perhaps putting "Type-0" Sloop of War rigging on the META Yorktown could undo it, and the same could be done to save Bon Homme Richard.
And moreover John Paul Jones was a rear admiral of Russian Imperial Navy from 1788 to 1789 and won some decisive battles (like Ochakov battle). But after he quarreled with some big bosses, and he had returned to France where he died three years later. Maybe Richard's attitude to Northern Parliament which are shown in Abyssal Refrain is inspired by these facts.
And since we have now personally raised TB to love the commander and humanity she'll hopefully stay loyal if she becomes a Siren. Playable sirens coming soon?
next question is how do you kill deus x and pull all of the mentioned in the vid off with out us (the self insert of the commander) pulling a captain John Archer and killing ourselves in the process?
Not just siren, Meta shipgirl with non interference policy as well will team up with Azur Lane and yet it is still just fighting until the dying of the light. She is just that powerful
anyone who thinks bon homme isnt an actual threat knows too little. so far any kansen could only stand up to an arbiter as a large group of ATLEAST 6 kansen and mostly having back up of the META's with bon homme now keeping lovers, empress AND now temperance busy with the latter trying to actually keep bon homme back we know that bon homme is a threat to not be messed with. especially not our weak kansen (as far as things stand). if bon homme gets there we better be prepared for a strong fight or sign our testaments
