I have both the pallas clutch and the favorite mm in monogram. I hated the flap and magnet closure on the favorite. I also don't like the loop through strap; mine is all stretched out now. I love the easy access with the pallas and the zipper plus the awesome pocket in the front. They are both great bags but the pallas clutch is a perfect everyday bag for me. I also have the melie in monogram and neverfull gm in azur which are toooo big and I never use them. I'm actually planning on selling them to fund other goodies. Another favorite in my collection is my speedy 30 in damier.❤
Great review! Answered almost all of my questions. I just have to see if a Samsung in an otterbox will fit because it looked as though it was straining the canvas with just the thin iphone.
The Megan Experience it was a tight squeeze... I don't normally always have my phone charger and sunglasses in there. Without those two items there is plenty of room 😉
Was it difficult to move the chain? I'm getting this bag on Thursday and wanted to do the same, but am worried about any of the brass part chipping off as I open/close the link.
Not at all. Just get some small needle nose pliers and wrap a piece of scotch tape around both ends of the pliers so it's not metal against metal. It didn't cause any damage at all 😊

Simplybrandy03 if you can fit your essentials in the Pallas then I would choose that one. With the zipper closure, easy strap hooks and front pocket that one is the winner!
Have you noticed any wear on the bottom folded corners? I considered purchasing this today, but it looks as though there is a lot of strain on the corners.
Hillary Gee no not at all, the canvas on this is actually super soft, definitely softer than the Pallas and my speedy. I think it would be a problem if it was stiff.

Where did u get the cross body chain? What website? I'm a sewer. I sew handbags totes and clutches. I cannot find any where in my home town. Joanns store has them. I don't won't to cut the chain. Just want the chain is made.
the pallas clutch look so versatile. I also love how the closure is a zipper.
