Hey Tiny! Another great vlog. To help with your breast milk also make sure to still let him latch on to the breast sometimes. There’s something in the baby’s saliva that can help aid in the milk coming down. Also when you are feeding him/have him close/or when he’s crying to eat pump then as well. Your body will register to try to make the milk because that’s what we naturally are suppose to do for our newborns. It’s almost like a stimulant. I hope these tips help. You are doing an amazing job. So proud of you!

Breast milk and oat baths also help with cradle cap for a natural quick method

One major thing i learned with my first child Breastfeeding is eating nutritionist meals and drinking alot and resting has a big impact on your milk supply. Please don't skip meals even if you don't feel hungry. Skin to skin and still try to latch him to the breast . You got this mama

Look up power pumping and try to pump maybe 8 times a day for a while if you can. then once your supply is up then you can drop back down to 3 times a day

Walmart had the clear breast pump like those and they look comfortable. I have seen women on TH-cam use them.
Not trying to tell you what to do tiny your a good ass mama but try reading your book out loud to the baby so he’ll still hear your voice and learning new words at the same time you feel me

My daughter is 2 months and I am currently strictly breastfeeding. I would suggest putting him on the boob even if your getting one ounce his saliva and suction will tell your boobs to make more milk. Also you have to eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water, coconut water and electrolytes. Body armor has all that but you can also find little drink packets for electrolyte as well. And I eat a lot of oats and make homemade oat cookies with flax seed and brewers yeast

Hey girl I breast fed for 15 months try drinking body armors coconut water and eating oatmeal for breakfast lunch and dinner as a little snack to increase your breast milk supply ❤❤ also double your water intake stay hydrated and eat full meal to produce more
